Do I need a referral to come to One80?

No, you can book directly without a doctor’s referral.

Do you take insurance?

One80 is an out-of-network clinic. We provide superbills for reimbursement. Most patients resolve in far fewer visits than insurance-based PT, making the total cost less.

What if I’ve already tried PT and it didn’t work?

This is the most common story we hear. Standard PT failed because the root cause wasn’t identified. The One80 System starts from a completely different framework, that is why we are patented. Most patients feel a difference in their first session.

How many visits will I need?

Some conditions resolve in 2-3 visits. Others 5-6. It will depend on several factors that we will go over at your first visit. We will go into more detail when we put together your specific plan of care.

Do you treat post-surgical patients?

Yes. Post-surgical rehab is one of our specialties, particularly knee/hip/shoulder replacement, ACL reconstruction, and rotator cuff repair. Our post op patients recover faster and have more function with return to play than conventional rehab will give you.

What ages do you treat?

We treat patients from adolescence through retirement — youth athletes, active adults, and older adults managing arthritis, joint replacements, and balance issues.
