Occupying over 5,000 square feet of our Highlands Ranch facility, CEO and trainer DJ Edwards created Push Performance to deliver cutting edge strength, speed, agility, and sport specific programs to elite athletes. DJ has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, certifications from the ACSM, NASM, NCSF, endorsements from NFL Combine and is recognized as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. He has extensive experience working with MLB, NFL, Division I and high level high school athletes.

2X Strong

2 x Strong occupies 2,500 square feet of our Loveland facility, offering several programs. Tim Knopp, owner and head trainer, created 2 x Strong to teach proper training fundamentals to young athletes, maximize athletic ability in high school and collegiate athletes, and provide challenging fitness programs for “former” athletes. Drawing from his military and police background, Coach Tim prepares his athletes for both the physical, and the psychological aspects of competition. He is certified through the ISSA in strength and conditioning and is currently finishing coursework at the U. of Northern Colorado in dietetics.
